summer to fall
willow branches
in sun and shadow

summer to fall
willow branches
in sun and shadow

small steps
one day at a time
sparrows in the yard

older vision
grateful for my chair
by a sunny window

good to create
when we can
sometimes more
sometimes less
every year different

country cemetery
trumpet vines
growing taller
than the gravestones
My poem was published by Time Of Singing Poetry Journal, Summer 2012.

book shelves
with cards on display
a handmade gift
and a few old dishes
decades of life so far

garden plans
flowers for bees
and butterflies
